At the age of sixty-six, I lost forty pounds in three months by walking three miles every day with a light weight in each hand, and by pumping these weights, doing ten different movements (five repetition per movement) overhead. Today, the personal trainers are incorrectly using harsh and painful methods to motivate their clients who are overweight. As a result of the pain and torture inflected, most never complete the weight lose program of these outdated methods.
